Enjoyed a lovely stay during the winter, with a great location in a beautiful garden area and close proximity to public transportation and a popular mall.

the rooms are new-fashioned and neat, and are complete with modern decor, a new shower, as example. the hotel's staff are super friendly and outstandingly accommodating.

A bit overpriced breakfast, it should definitely be improved.

staying here for short stay was absolutely amazing, totally recommendable. respectable hotel in a magnificent location to dubai mall, greatly enjoyed this place. location: the property was adjacent to the airport and city center as well as also close to a metro station. i tried some drinks at bar boudoir, located 10 minutes walk away. everything was amazing, even so a few employees were non cooperative.

The staff was excellent, cooperating, and caring, making me feel at home. It was brand-new and modern, with a great shower. - A safe box, an iron/ironing board, and an electronic key card were all available.

The staff here was amazing - always ready to help with anything we needed. 😊 the beds were super comfy and the room had useful amenities like a safe, TV with plenty of channels, and a coffee/tea maker.
